Peter Gevaert

Peter Gevaert is currently the Head of Packaging Purchasing at McBride, where they oversee the purchasing of all plastic, metal, and paper packaging while managing a team of 13. With extensive experience in the packaging industry, Peter has held various roles within McBride, including Group Purchasing Manager and Plant Purchasing Manager, where they managed substantial budgets and teams. Previously, they worked as an Inspector at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance, a Packaging Engineer, and a Quality Control Engineer at Yplon, and a Research Technician at Exxon Chemical. Peter holds a Master's degree from Sint-Amandscollege Kortrijk and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Chemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
