Crystal Mitchell

Crystal Mitchell currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at the Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism, a position held since September 2018, and has also worked as a jail diversion and treatment provider as well as a clinician/therapist. Prior to this role, Crystal was employed at Cablevision (Altice) from January 2009 to November 2016, providing technical support. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University (2017-2019), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution (2009-2011), and an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Gateway Community & Technical College (2007-2009).
