Joseph Stein

Joseph Stein is responsible for the on-time, on-budget performance of McCaffery’s development projects. He is skilled at assembling passionate teams and keeping them focused on ownership goals: managing risk, maximizing value, and driving schedule, while maintaining clear communication and updates to the larger organization. Mr. Stein joined McCaffery in 2022, bringing his expertise in luxury retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings acquired in positions at Brookfield (formerly GGP), Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, and JLL. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and is a licensed architect in Illinois.
