S J is the founder of Aanandamay, a health and wellness enterprise established in 2019 that focuses on utilizing classical yogic tools to enhance human consciousness and well-being. With a background in social anthropology and sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, S J has also held various roles in creative and academic fields, including positions as a Senior Copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather and a Creative Team Lead at McCann. Previously, S J served as an adjunct professor and research assistant at ICSSR and Columbia University.
