Aaron Phillips has a diverse background in construction and project management, with experience at various companies such as McCarthy & Smith, Barnhart Crane & Rigging, Myers & Chapman, M/I Homes, Sagehorn & Company, and Centex Homes. With a degree in Construction Management and Communications from Appalachian State University, Aaron has successfully managed a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors, ranging from commercial construction to residential development. Aaron's expertise and achievements have earned him recognition, such as the M/I Homes Superintendent-of-the-Year Award in 2010.
