David Major

David Major has over two decades of experience in the architectural and design sectors, beginning as an Architectural Technician at Barratt Homes from December 1997 to April 2003. David transitioned to Fairclough Homes as a Designer before advancing to senior roles at Bett Homes and Persimmon Homes, serving as Snr Architectural Technician. A significant tenure at Stewart Milne Homes spanned from February 2008 to July 2017, where David held multiple leadership positions, including Design Manager, Head of Design & Planning, and Technical Manager. Currently, David serves as Development Director at McCarthy Stone, beginning in June 2024.
