Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey, MA, BA (Hons), currently serves as a Care & Support Assistant at McCarthy Stone, where responsibilities include providing personal care and maintaining cleanliness in a retirement community. Prior to this role, Thomas gained extensive experience at Lancaster University, progressing from Undergraduate Research Assistant to Researcher while contributing to the LITCRAFT Project and engaging in creative and critical writing research. Additional professional experience includes roles as a Data Entry Assistant with ONE TENTH HUMAN LIMITED, Social Media and Marketing Officer and Editor for LUX: Undergraduate Journal of Literature and Culture, and Administrator for the Literary Lancashire Award. Thomas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in English Literature, a Master of Arts in English Literary Studies with Creative Writing, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature, Creative Writing, and Practice, all from Lancaster University.
