Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is an experienced professional in project management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services Operations at MCCi since July 2014. In this role, Jessica oversees project managers and is responsible for resource allocation, performance management, and implementing enterprise content management and automation solutions.
