Gavin Celia

Gavin Celia has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, beginning with a customer service role at American Medical Security from 1998 to 2002. Gavin served as an Employee Benefits Advisor at Johnson Insurance Services, LLC from January 2006 to October 2011, assisting medium to large employers with their benefit programs. From October 2011 to March 2020, Gavin worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Cottingham & Butler, tailoring solutions for clients in both private and public sectors. In March 2020, Gavin joined Ansay & Associates as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, continuing to leverage extensive industry experience in strategic planning and wellness solutions. Currently, Gavin is a Benefits Risk Advisor at McClone, further utilizing the skills developed through various roles, including as Area Vice President at Gallagher and Account Manager at Warren Group, Inc. Gavin holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
