Tom Jocz

Tom Jocz is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and risk advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Advisor at McClone Insurance since October 2024, Tom previously held senior positions at Hausmann Group and The Benefit Services Group, Inc., where Tom focused on enhancing client services and implementing strategic benefits approaches. Tom also served as Senior Vice President at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting, where strategic benefits consulting and healthcare reform compliance were key responsibilities. Tom’s career began as President of the Employee Benefits Group at Diversified Insurance Services, managing client benefit programs and consulting services. Tom holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the University of Minnesota.
