Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at McConnell Foundation oversees the planning, development, and execution of projects aligned with the foundation's mission to enhance community resilience, foster reconciliation, and combat climate change. This team collaborates with various sectors to design and implement innovative funding and investment partnerships, strengthen community capabilities, and facilitate effective convening and collaboration efforts. They also monitor, evaluate, and report on program impacts to ensure adaptive learning and continuous improvement in achieving the foundation’s vision of a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable society.
