Board Readiness Coaching:
Board readiness coaching equips executives and C-suite leaders with the insight, skills, and mindset to step confidently into board roles. Many executives feel unsure about what to expect or how to contribute—but with the right preparation, uncertainty turns into clarity and confidence.

Board and Team Effectiveness:
Helping boards and leadership teams move from reactive to strategic, from fragmented to aligned. Through tailored consulting, facilitation, and coaching, we address the root causes of dysfunction and build the habits, structures, and culture that drive effective governance and high-performing teams.

Executive Leadership Coaching:
Specializing in executive leadership, career transition, and professional development coaching. My clients include board members, CEOs, executives, professionals, and teams looking to strengthen leadership skills, navigate career changes, and build high-performing organizations. With over 30 years of consulting and advisory experience working with executives and boards, I blend coaching and consulting when appropriate—helping clients uncover their own solutions and provide strategic insights when requested. My approach is tailored to each individual, whether they are preparing for the C-suite, enhancing emotional intelligence, or aligning their team for success. Personalized Design Thinking (PDT) is a human-centered coaching approach that blends the creativity and action-bias of design thinking with the emotional depth and clarity of coaching. It is made for people who are stuck, spinning, or stalled—and ready to move.

This isn't about massive life overhauls. It's about intentional shifts, brave steps, and clarity in motion.
