Jordan Lang

Managing Director, Real Estate at McCourt

Jordan Lang helps lead real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management at McCourt. Jordan joined McCourt in 2013 and has played a pivotal role in the acquisition and development of significant mixed-use sites, including 360 Tenth Avenue in New York City, the firm's former Waller Creek property in Austin, Texas, The Stage in London and The Towers in Miami, together totaling over 5.5 million square feet. Additionally, Jordan is a key member of the McCourt Properties team responsible for the identification and evaluation of new markets, investment opportunities, and development partners.

Before joining McCourt, Jordan served in several roles at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in San Francisco where he conducted financial analysis and secured and monitored debt offerings totaling over $2 billion. Additionally, he managed $300 million in non-performing, specially-serviced loans on which he coordinated asset management responsibilities, including property management, budget preparation, contract review, leasing, and dispositions.

Jordan earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
