Jared Webb

Jared Webb possesses extensive experience in the field of vehicle maintenance and management, beginning with a role as a Diesel Technician in the US Army from May 1996 to May 2002, where responsibilities included servicing and maintaining over forty endless track vehicles and ensuring no vehicle failures during a four-month deployment. Subsequently, Jared served as Fleet Manager at Serpro Logistics from June 2007 to July 2008, overseeing technicians and managing vehicle maintenance budgets. In various leadership capacities, including Service Manager at McCoy Construction & Forestry (February 2024 - Present), and at multiple positions at Fabick Cat and Fabick Caterpillar, Jared has consistently managed teams of technicians and streamlined operations. Prior experience as Shop Foreman at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. involved supervising approximately 30 technicians and performing maintenance on fleet vehicles. Jared holds both Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees in Operations Management and Supervision from American InterContinental University.
