Nayan Kapadia

Nayan Kapadia currently serves as the Director of Sales for North America at McCrometer, Inc. since April 2018, where responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and leading a team of Regional Sales Managers. Prior to this role, Nayan was with Hach from March 2008 to March 2018, holding positions as Divisional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, overseeing $5M in sales across municipal and industrial markets in Orange/San Diego counties and Hawaii, while formulating annual sales plans. Nayan's earlier experience includes serving as National Sales Manager at Sparling Instruments from March 2005 to March 2008, managing all municipal and industrial sales across North America and consistently achieving sales targets.
