Gregory Mitchell

Gregory Mitchell is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, having joined the firm in September 2021 after serving as Counsel. Prior to this, Gregory worked as an Associate Attorney at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., focusing on managed care contracting within the Health Care and Life Sciences practice from April 2017 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes an Associate role in the Health Services Group at Rivkin Radler LLP from September 2013 to March 2017 and legal internships at both UCB and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Gregory holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law and a Master of Science in Bioethics, Clinical Ethics from Clarkson University Graduate School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Union College.
