Ty Carson

Ty Carson currently serves as Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery since February 2021. Previously, Ty held the position of General Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from October 2014 to January 2021 and served as Counsel and Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP between September 2007 and September 2014. Ty's legal career began with a Summer Associate role at Crowell & Moring LLP in 2006 and included a consultancy with the U.S. Green Building Council from June 2005 to February 2006, as well as a Program Coordinator position with the same organization from June 2002 to August 2004. Ty obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from American University Washington College of Law between 2004 and 2007 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Towson University from 1999 to 2002.
