Conor Brown

Conor Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and team management. Beginning as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing from July 2018 to December 2019, Conor focused on candidate assessment for qualification and cultural fit, conducting interviews and reference checks. Following this role, Conor worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad from January 2020 to June 2020, specializing in the Civil Engineering, Rail Sector, and Central Government markets. Since November 2020, Conor has served as a Manager at McDonald's, overseeing a team of over 15 members, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
