Dan Camp

Dan Camp is an experienced leader with a robust background in the restaurant industry, specifically in franchising and operations. They began their career at Martin Restaurants, where they advanced from crew member to area supervisor and received the Outstanding Store Manager award three years in a row. Dan served as Managing Director and CEO for McDonald's in the Czech Republic and Slovakia before holding various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Operations and Director of Project Management Office. Currently, Dan is the Senior Director of Strategic Franchising at McDonald's, overseeing the US franchising team and working to enhance the brand’s opportunities for future generations. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
