With a solid background in Six Sigma methodologies, they served as a Six Sigma Green Belt at Ethicon, Inc. and later as a Six Sigma Black Belt at McKesson. Since 2004, they have operated as an Owner/Operator-Franchisee for McDonald’s Corporation and have held their current executive position at Ison Family Restaurants. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
