Ross Evans has accumulated diverse experience in sport science and strength and conditioning, serving as Interim Head of Sport Science at Crawley Town Football Club from December 2022 to February 2023. Ross also held a Sport Science Internship and will be completing a role as First Team Strength and Conditioning Volunteer at Portsmouth Football Club from December 2024 to May 2025. Additional roles include working as a Crew Member and Crew Trainer at McDonald's from February 2019 to July 2022, and as a Youth Physical Development Coach at the University of Brighton from October 2024 to May 2025, contributing to a state school cricket program in collaboration with Sussex County Cricket Club. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science with First Class Honours from Loughborough University (2020-2024) and is pursuing a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Brighton (2024-2025).
