Simon Gregory

Simon Gregory is the Director of Field Operations at McDonald's Canada, a position held since 2014. Prior to this role, Simon served as the Deployment and Strategy Manager from 2012 to 2014 and held the position of Director of Field Service from 2008 to 2012 at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada. Earlier in their career, Simon worked as Operations Manager at Versa Food Services from 1988 to 1991. Simon holds a BTec in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cassio College, where they studied from 1984 to 1986, and completed A Level studies at St Columbas College between 1977 and 1983.
