Currently serving as VP of Finance Experience at McDonald's, Simta oversees global finance operations and drives service delivery across key areas. Previously, Simta held leadership positions at firms such as ADM Investor Services and BP, where they focused on strategic planning, process improvement, and risk management. A recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award from the Illinois Diversity Council, Simta is also a board member of Women in Listed Derivatives, actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
