Tom has held various roles, including Senior Manager at McDonald's and Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation, where they focused on configuration management and ITIL governance. Additionally, they ran Collins Consulting LLC, providing computer and networking support for small to mid-size companies from 1990 to 2017.
