Charley Hale

Charley Hale has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charley started their career at Fifth Third Bank as an SVP from 1993 to 1999. Charley then joined FCX Performance, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2012 before becoming the President and CEO from 2012 to 2015. Later, Charley held leadership positions in Liquid Technologies, Inc., serving as the Chairman of the Board from 2017 to 2019 and as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2019. Charley also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at TestEquity LLC from 2017 to 2020. Charley was a Senior Lecturer at Texas A&M University College of Engineering from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chairman and CEO at MCE - Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC since 2020 and is a Board Member at EFC International since 2021.

Charley Hale attended Ohio University from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Finance.
