Mike Canter

Mike Canter is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MCE - Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC since November 2025, Mike leads HR strategies for a company that caters to over 33,400 customers across 18 states. Prior to MCE, Mike held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TestEquity LLC, where responsibilities included developing and implementing comprehensive HR functions for a workforce spanning the US, Mexico, Canada, the UK, and Germany. Additional experience includes pivotal HR leadership roles at Mercury Radio Arts, Rent-A-Center, CEC Entertainment, Neovia Logistics, BRG Sports, and Nokia, covering areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and internal communications. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
