Phillip Singerman

Phillip Singerman has extensive experience in various advisory and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Technology Development Corporation since April 2024, Singerman also holds positions as Senior Advisor for Performance Measurement at the American Manufacturing Communities Collaborative, Senior Advisor for the Renewing American Innovation Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the National Institute for Industry and Career Advancement. Additional roles include being an Elected Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration and Senior Advisor at the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation - Maryland. Singerman has been affiliated with the National Institute of Standards and Technology as an Associate and serves in advisory capacities for the Innovation Policy Forum and the US-IS Binational Research and Development Foundation. Singerman's academic background includes a PhD in Political Science from Yale University and a BA in Political Science from Oberlin College.
