Derek Wood

Derek Wood is an experienced professional in the construction and environmental sector, currently serving as an Estimator at Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. since January 2018. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Project Manager at Quantum Murray LP from October 2014 to December 2017, and worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger from May 2011 to September 2013. Additionally, Derek gained early experience as a Surveyor Assistant at Allnorth Consultants Limited in 2010 and as an Equipment Operator at L.B. Paving from 2004 to 2008. Derek holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
