David Ellis

David Ellis is currently the Bridge Engineering Division Manager at McElhanney. Prior to that, David worked as a Bridge Engineer at Associated Engineering and Kiewit. Their experience includes structural engineering in the Bridge Rehabilitation Group, operations engineering for bridge projects, project close-out, sub-contract and materials contract management, and project scheduling. David completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering at Queen's University.
