Robert Bedard is currently the Technical Transportation Lead at McElhanney, where they manage and design major transportation and municipal projects and train and mentor staff. Previously, they held various roles at McElhanney from 2001 to 2012, including Project Manager for the Highways Division and Operations Manager.
