Timothy Creran

Timothy Creran is currently the Real Estate Advisory Practice Lead at MCFA, where they manage and oversee multimillion-dollar projects in the hospitality, commercial, multifamily, and residential sectors. Previously, Timothy served as President of Creran Construction, LLC, leading urban revitalization efforts in West Detroit and overseeing numerous construction and development initiatives. They began their career as a Construction Manager at Benjamin Development Companies, where they directed notable projects including restoration efforts following Superstorm Sandy. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Fordham University, as well as experience in an International Business study abroad program at Monash University.
