Since December 1999, Stephan has been self-employed, creating and selling a diverse range of products including toys, comics, and stuffed animals. As co-owner of McFarlane Toys since October 2018, and owner of Imports Dragon since January 1998, Stephan has successfully developed and managed multiple business ventures. Additionally, ownership roles at LES EDITIONS CHOUETTE and 360 Sales Solutions have further expanded Stephan's entrepreneurial portfolio. Previous experience at Dorel Industries from January 1995 to January 1998 provided valuable leadership skills, progressing from customer service to assistant to the warehouse director.
