MCG Consulting helps law firms, financial institutions, and professional services organisations build recovery-informed workplace cultures where talented people can thrive, stay, and perform.

We specialise in addiction awareness, recovery, and social mobility, delivering programmes that reduce risk, strengthen belonging, and equip organisations to support people at every stage of their careers.

Our work combines professional expertise with lived experience where it improves relevance, trust, and impact.

What we deliver:

• Addiction awareness talks, training, and multi-session programmes for leaders, managers, and early career cohorts

• Recovery-informed workplace structures, including manager confidence, allyship, safe signposting, clear boundaries, and safeguarding

• CMAR (Corporate Mutual Aid Recovery), a structured programme that builds peer support and practical pathways for people in recovery, and those concerned about addictive behaviours

• Social mobility programmes covering mentoring, progression, leadership accountability, and meaningful data collection
