Sofia Janak

Sofia Janak is an experienced media professional currently working as a Researcher for McGee Media since July 2023, contributing to PBS’s Finding Your Roots with Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. Previously, Sofia served as a Post Production Coordinator at Blue Table Post from September 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating communications and schedules for projects such as ShowTime's Murder in Big Horn and Hulu's Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Intern and Development Intern at McGee Media and JuVee Productions, respectively, along with various internships in development at Thematic Entertainment, Steve Rotfeld Productions Inc, and visitor services at the Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
