About McGeorge Ah

McGeorge Ah is a boutique executive search firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area. We are intentionally boutique, designed for clients who value direct, senior-level partnership throughout each engagement.

With 25+ years of combined experience, we work alongside boards, CEOs, and senior leaders to place transformative executives across national security, defense and aerospace; technology and cybersecurity; healthcare and life sciences; industrial, manufacturing and logistics; energy, engineering and construction; government affairs and public policy; fintech, private equity and real estate; and nonprofit, higher education and trade associations.

We bring the rigor of a global firm with the senior-led partnership of a boutique. Every engagement is led by a principal, from the kickoff call to the final placement.
