Simer Virk

Simer Virk is a full-time mechanical engineering student at McGill University, pursuing a bachelor's degree with a minor in aerospace engineering. With an enthusiasm for robotics and aerospace, Simer has gained experience as a Laboratory Technician and Technical Assistant at Pharmaprix, and is currently a member of Engineers Without Borders Canada. Simer has also taken on leadership roles in the McGill Rocket Team, including Payload Structures Co-Lead, and served as a coordinator for POWE McGill. Previously, Simer completed a mechanical engineering internship at Vortex Aquatic Structures International and has held roles at Jean Coutu and Pratt & Whitney as a Laboratory Technician and Project Coordinator Intern, respectively.
