Erick Schmidt serves as the CEO of McGohan Brabender, bringing 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Following graduation from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, Erick held various roles in sales and marketing at Community Mutual Insurance Company and at Rush Prudential Health Plans as Market Manager. From 1997 to 2001, Erick was the Director of Sales at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, before joining McGohan Brabender in 2001 and becoming a Shareholder in 2006. In 2022, Erick was promoted to CEO and has since led the company’s expansion into Indiana and Kentucky.
