Brad Smith is a seasoned professional in the healthcare construction sector, currently serving as Project Executive at McGough since January 2007, where work has focused exclusively on healthcare projects ranging from NICUs to laundry departments in large Minnesota hospitals. In addition, Brad co-founded Lift Bridge Capital in October 2020, acting as Director of Acquisitions for a real estate syndication company aimed at creating stable investment opportunities for generational wealth. Brad also engages in short-term rental real estate investment through Superior Vacations LLC, established in June 2020, with properties located in Sevierville, TN, near the Great Smoky Mountains. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a Minor in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
