Brandon Davis, DBIA is a seasoned professional in the construction management field, currently serving as Director of Federal Project Development at McGough since March 2023. With extensive experience, Brandon held various leadership roles at LS Black Constructors from January 2018 to March 2023, including Vice President - Federal and Director of Preconstruction. Prior to that, Brandon was with McGough Construction as Director of Estimating and Sr. Estimator from June 2015 to January 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Project Manager and Director of Preconstruction Services at TCI Architects, Engineers, Contractor, as well as a Project Management role at Vet Industrial, Inc. Brandon’s early career includes multiple positions at The Korte Company and a brief role as a temporary Construction Management Instructor at John A. Logan College. An alumnus of Everglades University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Southern Illinois University with an Associate of Arts and Sciences, Brandon's solid educational background complements a diverse career spanning over two decades in the industry.
