Joe Bell

Joe Bell is an experienced Senior Estimator currently employed at McGough since February 2019, having previously worked as an Estimator at Kraus-Anderson and Corval Group, Inc. Joe has extensive expertise in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for proposal estimates, often assuming the role of Bid Captain for construction projects. Prior to these roles, Joe served as a Quality Support Analyst & Coordinator at 3M, where problem-solving skills were applied to resolve customer inquiries. Joe also held the position of Vice President & Lead Estimator at Kasella Concrete, overseeing project estimating and management for various construction projects. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master of Professional Studies in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota.
