Tim Eickman

VP - Engineered Systems at McGough

Tim Eickman has extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Engineered Systems at McGough since November 2015. Eickman leads the Engineered Systems sector, focusing on standardization of project implementation for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire protection systems, as well as supporting critical infrastructure projects. Previously, Eickman held multiple roles at McGough, including Director of MEP Services and Director of Power & Infrastructure, contributing to various initiatives around utility master planning and infrastructure improvement. Prior to McGough, Eickman was the Managing Principal at Michaud Cooley Erickson, where the focus was on business strategy and marketing, and served as Mechanical Engineer and Engineer in Training in earlier positions. Eickman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
