Will Danley

Will Danley currently serves as General Superintendent at McGough, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Will held multiple titles at LS Black Constructors from September 2020 to July 2025, including Operations Director, Director of Operational Excellence, and Senior Superintendent. Will's experience at McGough from June 2009 to September 2020 includes roles as Senior Superintendent, Superintendent, Carpenter Foreman, Lead Layout Carpenter, and Carpenter. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota Moorhead between 2014 and 2016 and obtained a General Diploma from Champlin Park in 1999.
