Jon Blumenthal is a real estate and business attorney who currently serves as a Shareholder and Chair of the Real Estate Group at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz. Previously, Jon was a Partner and Chair of the Real Estate Group at Baird Holm LLP from 1996 to 2024. Jon graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1996 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa. Jon has been recognized by peers in The Best Lawyers in America® and Chambers USA, and has received several awards, including being named one of Ten Outstanding Young Omahans in 2004.
