Jon Grob is currently the President, Attorney, Shareholder, and Director at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz since 2006. Jon serves as the Chair of the firm's Tax and Estate Planning Practice Group and also sits on the firm's Board of Directors. Throughout their tenure, they have provided advice to clients on the federal tax implications of various business transactions, incorporated multiple entities and professional practices, worked on entity reorganizations, sales, and dissolutions, and assisted businesses in designing incentive compensation arrangements. Additionally, they have also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Creighton University from August 2014 to December 2017.
Jon Grob obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver between 2001 and 2004. Jon then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a Certificate of Concentration in Taxation and Business Planning from the University of Nebraska College of Law, attending from 2004 to 2007. Later, Jon completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, attending from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) from The American College of Financial Services in 2017.
