Shane Hurst

Shane Hurst is the Restructuring Director at McGrathNicol, where they leverage extensive turnaround, insolvency, and business improvement experience to assist businesses in financial and operational distress. Since joining McGrathNicol in 2012, Shane has worked on complex restructuring assignments, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions. Prior to their current role, Shane served as an Audit Senior at BDO and worked in lending support at AIB, where they managed a significant impaired property portfolio. Shane holds a B.Comm in Accounting from the University of Galway and has completed their ACA qualification at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ireland.
