Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell is a Senior Technical Product Manager at McGraw Hill and has been actively engaged in various educational roles, including serving as the designLab Director at St. Luke’s School. With a background as a physics teacher and Science Department Chair, Michael has significantly expanded curricular offerings and fostered a culture of innovation through collaborative projects. They have been recognized for excellence in teaching and innovation, achieving awards such as Teacher of the Year in 2011 and the Tracy Duncan Innovation Award in 2014. Michael has also contributed to higher education as an adjunct professor at both Manhattan College and Fairfield University, while currently serving on the board of Trumbull Loves Children, Inc. Furthermore, they continue to enhance their expertise through participation in the Stanford Design Thinking Bootcamp.
