Tim Murphy

Tim Murphy is an experienced professional in academic design and education, currently serving as a Senior Academic Designer at McGraw Hill since July 2014, after previously holding the position of Academic Designer. Tim is also the Founder, Designer, and Translator at Triumph Workshop, offering expertise in project-based learning resource design, curriculum development for K-12 and adult learners, and translations in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Previous roles include After School Program Site Coordinator and ESL/Job Skills Instructor at Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services, a freelance K-12 English Teacher at Madrid Area Schools and Academies, and an ESL Telephone Instructor at Fyne Formación. Early career experiences include leading as a Counselor and Backpacking Guide at Gold Arrow Camp. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Ohio University and a TEFL Certificate from TtMadrid.
