Chip McGraw

Chip McGraw is a growth-focused entrepreneur and marketing and sales expert specializing in lead generation, revenue operations, and sales acceleration across industries including real estate, construction, finance, insurance, software, and manufacturing. They are the President of McGRAW, a growth agency that scales businesses through data-driven marketing, custom data lists, and an all-in-one CRM platform called Swell365. They currently hold multiple roles, including Director at NowBPO, Distributor for RYD Brand in the USA and Latin America, and Co-Owner/Developer of La Jolla de Guasacate, reflecting ongoing engagement in nearshoring, surf-focused ventures, and real estate development. They studied at Flagler College from 1996 to 2000 and have been a member of YPO since 2022.
