Andrew Halphen

Andrew Halphen, CIC, CRM, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Marketing Account Executive at McGriff since February 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew gained experience at BXS Insurance from March 2015 to February 2021 as a Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist and Associate. A background in education was developed at LSU E.J. Ourso College of Business, where Andrew worked as a Counselor from April 2011 to March 2015, advising students on academic pathways. Andrew's career in admissions at LSU spanned from October 2004 to March 2011, progressing from Admissions Officer 1 to Manager, where responsibilities included managing staff and developing enrollment strategies. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from Louisiana State University.
