Baker Freiberg, MBA, REBC, GBDS, currently serves as SVP, Employee Benefits Consultant at McGriff since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Sales at EHOP Health, where responsibilities involved partnering with large employers to manage healthcare costs through chronic disease reversal, and as Major Market Account Executive at Blue Cross NC, focusing on group sales of employee benefit plans for larger organizations. Prior to these positions, Baker held various account executive roles at Aetna, Coventry Health Care, and SIA Group, specializing in employee benefits and risk management. Baker holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a certificate in Value-Based Health Care from Dartmouth College, along with a BS in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
